Ingram of 546 Cedarwood Terrace in Cedar City has been promoted to First Lieutenant in Company Com-pany A, 19th Special Forces Group at Camp Williams. Cregg is an A Detachment Executive Officer and was formerly for-merly with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 19th Special Forces Group in Salt Lake City. He was an honor graduate of the Utah Military Academy at Camp Williams after completing Basic Training Train-ing at Fort Ord, Calif, in August, Aug-ust, I960. The Cedar City Guardsman completed high school at Lehi High in 1960, went on to the University of Utah for a BS degree in 1968 and graduated with his MS degree in 1970. He presently is serving as the Coordinator Co-ordinator of Handicapped Students Stu-dents Services at the Southwest South-west E d u cational Development Develop-ment Center in Cedar City. Lt. Ingram is married to the former Lucille A. Sullivan. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. George B. Ingram of 11 South Center in Lehi. CREGG F.
