Show Mobile home parks inspection reveals below standards Recently meetings were conducted con-ducted in Cedar City and St. George by the State of Utah, Department of Business Regulation, Regu-lation, to re-emphasize the responsibility re-sponsibility of mobile home park management and others involved with the installation of mobile homes in such designated de-signated areas to meet the requirements re-quirements of applicable Utah Codes, namely, electrical, mobile home and recreational vehicles, trailer park and mobile mo-bile home park regulations. These meetings were a result re-sult of recent inspections of various mobile home installations installa-tions where it had been found that a majority of the installations instal-lations do not meet minimum code requirements. Inspections will be made by both local and state agencies agen-cies andt installations not meeting 'code requirements will be required to be brought up to the minimum standards as set forth in the applicable codes. Implementation of the necessary corrective action to ensure that the minimum code standards are attained will be imposed. |
