About two mllion veterans, widows, orphan children and parents of deceased veterans on VA's nonservice-connected pension and dependency rolls, in accord with the law, must report their annual income, including Social Security payments, pay-ments, since their VA payments pay-ments may be affected by out-s'de out-s'de income. The ouestion-naire ouestion-naire forms were mailed with November payment checks or. the first of December and must be completed and returned to the VA by January 31. |
