Show Cedar Stakes Plan New dear's Fireside The Cheif of Police of Las egas, Nov., Lorin Bunker, will be the featured speaker at a special New Year's Eve celebration cele-bration being planned jointly by the Cedar, Cedar West, and College of Southern Utah Stakes of the LDS Church. Cheif Bunker, also a patri arch of the LDS Church, will speak at a special fireside to be held at the , Cedar West Stake House at 10 p. m. The fireside is slated to continue con-tinue until the stroke of mid night at which time a New fear's celebration is being planned including dancing, vvith noise makers, serpentina and refreshments. The observance is being planned by the MIA organiza-ions organiza-ions of the stakes and every one from 14 years of age and older are invited to attend am participate. The New Year Dance is slated slat-ed to continue through 1:30 a. in., Monday, January 1, the first day of the new year. Cheif Bunker is a noted lecturer lec-turer and is especially well received by young people, those in charge emphasized. |
