Show NOTICE TO WELL DRILLERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CEDAR CITY CORPORATION CORPORA-TION will receive sealed bids up to 5:00 p. m., February 15, 1967, for the drilling and finishing a pump well to be drilled near the southwest corner of the Cedar City Cemetery, Ceme-tery, and more specifically located lo-cated at a point South 1289 feet and East 1550 feet from the Northwest Corner of Section Sec-tion 11, Township 36 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base Line and Meridian. BIDS WILL BE OPENED and read aloud to the public in the Cedar City Council meeting, meet-ing, City and County Building, Build-ing, Cedar City, Utah, at 8:00 p. m., February 15, 1967. BIDS SHALL COVER the materials ma-terials for the well, drilling, installing the casing, perforating perfor-ating the casing, surging and or bailing the well in such manner as to render the well ready for test pumping and acceptable to Cedar City Corporation. Cor-poration. SPECIFICATIONS for the well, information for bidders and bidding forms can be obtained ob-tained from RALPH B. PLATT, Consulting Engineer, P. O. Box 398, Cedar City, Utah, for a deposit of ten ($10.00) dollars. dol-lars. CEDAR CITY CORPORATION reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids, to make the award in accordance with the majority vote of the city council coun-cil members and which majority ma-jority consider to be in the best interest of the city, to waive any irregularities or informalities in-formalities in any bid in the interest of the city.
