Mead is a 5-8 guard and Pinamonti a 6-1 jumper who plays either forward for-ward or guard. Others in double figures are center John Carey (13.0), guard Paul Beck (12.3), and forward Gil Mullen (11.3). Top rebounders on the squad are Carey with a whopping whop-ping 15 takedowns per game, and Mullen with a respectable 12.4 average. As a team, CSU is beating opponents on the boards by an average of 14.3 rebounds. Beck, a deadly shooter, is scheduled for early duty.
