Show ENOCH AND MID VALLEY NEW:-: Mrs. Veda Kathc;;o:i Clark and LaRae Maxwell have a new baby boy, born on the week end at the Valley View Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs, Ray Christiansen Christian-sen and small son l( left Tuesday of last week for Hanksville and points along the river. Ray was on business busi-ness for the FAA ami they returned on Friday. Hunter and Lela Gibson went to Oregon week before last with Mr. and Mrs. Royco Chamberlain. While there they visited in Corvalhs with Hunter's Hun-ter's sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Seheel. They returned on Thursday left again on Friday for Salt Lake City to consult Hunter's doctor. doc-tor. Marilyn Murie is in the Valley Val-ley View Medical Center receiving re-ceiving treatment for a back injury. Cleon Mathcson is also in the hospital. He is receiving treatment for a chest ailment and is reported to be improving. improv-ing. I The Primary Association 1 held its Family Hour Sunday evening at the Enoch Ward chapel. This is held each May and this year the program was especially nice, featuring the theme "Stairway to Lasting Last-ing Joy." A large number of young people from Enoch Ward M. I. A. participated in the regional reg-ional Dance Festival held in , St. George on Saturday. Helen Pace is visiting in California with her cousins! for a few weeks. A very impressive evening j meeting was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elton Richardson Rich-ardson on Monday. Judge Sterling Bossard met with a group of parents to discuss teenagers and juvenile problems. |
