Colonel Clay stated that the College Qualification Test would be administered at eight insti- tut ions of higher learning in the state of ('tah on May 11, May 21, and June 3. All Selective Service registrants who are presently enrolled in a college col-lege or university or who are high school graduates or high school seniors intending to go to college are encouraged to make application and take the Selective Service College Qualification Test. A student registrant who is presently pre-sently deferred, either as a student stu-dent or in any other deferred class should give serious consideration consid-eration to taking the test as no defc r.tent is permanent and the results of the test might be very important during the next school year for many registrants who are presently deferred as students or in any other deferred class.
