Show Dr. Cleo Dawson to Be Escalante Knife And Fork Club Guest Cleo Dawson, popular professor of psychology whose participation participa-tion on the TV show "Tonight" literally "brought down the house," a year ago will be the guest speaker appearing before members of the Escalante Knife and Fork Club at their next meeting meet-ing the College of Southern Utah Student Center the evening of Friday, April 15, it was announcd today by the chairman of the arrangements ar-rangements committee. Dr. Dawson, who holds a Doctorate Doc-torate from the University of Kentucky, Ken-tucky, where she taught for 11 years, will speak on the subject, "What Men Should Know About Women" in her appearance before be-fore the club here. She was born on a cattle ranch at the tip end of Texas so close to the border that she learned to speak Spanish before she did English. She is the holder of a degree in Speech from Baylor; obtained ob-tained a Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University, laud a Master's from the University Univer-sity of Kentucky. Dr. Dawson is a wide traveler j and objectively interested in i aviation which may stem from the fact that her father helped Pan American build its first air-i air-i port in Mexico. |
