Frank Benson Elected To Direct Hi School Activities At the annual student body election held last Friday Frank Benson, Junior diss student of the Parowan High School was named as student body president for the 1957-58 school year. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherwln Benson and will succeed LeRoy Orton, who has served as president presi-dent during the year drawing to a close. Rodney Decker, a member of this year's sophomore class and son of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Decker, was elected to serve as vice president of the student body to succeed Duane Lamor-eaux. Lamor-eaux. Secretary of the next year's student body will be Colleen Alder, Al-der, a member of the Junior class and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Alger. She will sue. ceed Patricia trie to that position. posi-tion. At the same time the students selected officers for next year, they selected next year's cheerleaders cheer-leaders for both teams. A team cheerleaders will be Vesta Rae Barton, Anna Dee Macfarlane Gretta Mortensen and Virginia Mlckelson. and B team cheerleaders cheer-leaders will be Norma Alger and Donna Batt.
