Show KANARRAVILLE By Hannah Davis Mr and Mrs. Max Williams and children of Los Angeles, were here the fore part of the week, owing to the death of Mrs. Williams' father. Reuben Walker of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Williams and daughter Deanne of Henderson Hender-son Nev. and Julene Williams of North Las Vegas. Nev were week end visitors here with Mrs. Amanda Williams. Julene will stay with her grandmother for a visit. Mr and Mrs. Waldo Reeves were visitors In Ely. Nev. having been called there because of the death of their first grandchild, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clay-ton Clay-ton Reeves. The Infant died shortly after birth. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Williams were several children and grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Sherald Peterson. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Pace and son Mary, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Peterson Peter-son and children. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Baldwin and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Williams and family of Boulder City, Nev., and Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Walker and family of Cedar City. A daughter was born at the iron County Hospital on Aug. 11 to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Williams. Wil-liams. Mr. and Mrs. Delile Davis entertained en-tertained a group of youngsters at weenie roast honoring their -daughter Mary Hannah on her 12th birthday. Bishop Alton Ford and David Williams, who have been working work-ing In California for some time, have returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smith have . gone to Denver. Colo., where Mrs. Smith will receive medical care. Visitors at the home of Sam L. Pollock were Mr. and Mrs. Lafe Ballard of Hurricane. Michael Anderson of Van Nuys. Calif. Is spending a week or two here with his aunt, Mrs. Gloria Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davles were visitors In Salt Lake City for a few days They attended the wedding cf Dr. and Mrs. Waldo C. Perkins. Mr. and Mrs. Jaror. Wilson . and baby of Los Anueles have been guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hen-ry Bauer for a few days. Rhea Wakellng and her mother, moth-er, of Toquervllle. and Loran Higbee of Lakewood. Calif., were visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Preston Pres-ton Williams this week. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hastings of Las Vegas visited here with their son-in-law and daugnter. Mr and Mrs. Kenneth Williams. They were accompanied on their return by their granddaughter Donna Lynn, for a week's visit. Mr. and Mrs. James Ott and family of Salt Lake City were t visitors with Mrs. Ott's slste' and family. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Williams. Some of our people attend' the funeral services for Reuben Walker In Cedar City Tuesday afternoon. Word has been received here of the birth of a daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Elton Stout of Las Vegas, Ve-gas, former Kanarra residents. |
