Show Missionary Service Call Comes For Alan Seegmiller Sunday, Aug. 19 at 8 p. m. In the Second Ward chapel, a testimonial tes-timonial will be held to honor called by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to serve a three-year mission in France. The many fiends and relatives rela-tives of Alan have been invited invit-ed to attend the farewell testimonial. testi-monial. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam C. Seegmiller. Alan has long been active in music circles in Cedar City. He was prominent in activities at the Cedar City High School and since his graduation has become widely wide-ly known for his fine plane work while studying at the University Uni-versity of Utah and the McCunc School of Music In Salt Lake City. While at the U of U he was piano soloist with the concert band and in that capacity appeared ap-peared on television as a soloist solo-ist with the organization. Presiding at Sunday's testimonial testi-monial will be Bishop Forrest L. Anderson. Speakers will include Paul K. Edmunds, stake counselor, counsel-or, Bishop Anderson, and there will be remarks by his father A .C Seegmiller. Musical portion of the program pro-gram will include vocal solos by Virginia Rose Robinson, Christine Chris-tine Houchen Winterrose and Blaine Johnson. A piano solo will be given by Kristine Corry.
