Show PHSAlumniSent Invitations to Attend Get-Together All graduates of the Parowan High School are urged to send In their reservations and plan to attend at-tend the annual reunion, barbecue barbe-cue dinner and dance which will be held here on Saturday, Sept. 1 according to Arnold O. Gurr. president of the P H S alumni association. The alumni members are urged urg-ed to return home for the reunion, reun-ion, which is being held in connection con-nection with the first day of the Iron County Fair. Events of that day to which they are invited are the race meet and amateur rodeo at 2 p. m., the barbecue and get-together get-together at the Five Mile recreation recre-ation camp at 30 p. m. and the county fair dance at 9 p. m. Those who plan to attend are asked to make reservations for the barbecue with Mrs. Lawana M. Tullls of Parowan not later than Aug. 20 with the cost of the barbecue set at $1.00 per per. son with a 50 cent membership fee in addition. Mr. Gurr explains that this event has usually been held at the end of the school year on the Memorial Day holldav, but this year was changed to the fall and county fair time to Insure its being held on a week end and give former students of the school an opportunity to meet in the reunion and attend the fair at the same time. |
