AND iiif.MT3Wr"f'" NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE I OF MECHANICS UEW I BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given, that whereas the undersigned, Cox Motor Company, a Utah Corporation, Corpora-tion, between the dates of July 1 18, 1959 and January 10. 1960, 'duly obta'ned and acquired a Mechanics Lien upon one 1953 Pontiac four-door sedan, Serial No. K8XH12129, to secure payment pay-ment of $350.00, the same being the reasonable value of automobile automo-bile parts and labor installed and performed upon said automobile, and storage charges furnished by the undersigned at the request of the owner of said automobile, namely Donald D. Sweeney, whose last known address is, P. O. Box 127, Page Arizona; and whereas the whole of said indebtedness in-debtedness remains unpaid, and the undersigned is desirous of foreclosing its said Mechanics Lien upon said automobile by advertisment, in accordance with the statutes in such case made and provided.
