Show Lawn Clinic Sponsored to Help Residents Home owners In Cedar City should be interested in participating partici-pating In a lawn clinic to be held next Wednesday beginning at 6 p. m. The clinic -will be in the form of a short tour beginning begin-ning at the lawn in front of the CSU library building at 300 West and Center Street, according to Wallace SJoblom, Iron County agent Subjects to be discussed will include seed and seeding, fertilizers, fertiliz-ers, watering, clipping, weed control, Insect control and other related problems. Louis Jensen extension agronomist from Utah State University, will be on hand to discuss methods, demonstrate equipment, and answer questions for home owners. , Special attention will be given to the serious problem of Bermuda Ber-muda and quack grass which is becoming such a serious problem prob-lem In Cedar City. I According to Mr. SJoblom, the clinic has been scheduled at this hoar so that people who work I can attend the clinic. |
