Show 1 - 1 Heart Attack Claims Harry M. Pryor, 42 Harry Melllng Pryor, 42, native of Cedar City and well known resident, died Monday at 1 a. m. at his residence of a heart attack. at-tack. He had apparently been in good health when he retired, and his only complaint before the sudden attack was that he was unsble to sleep. Funeral services are being conducted con-ducted this afternoon, Thursday, in the Cedar First Ward chapel. Burial will be in the Cedar City cemetery. Mr. Pryor was born In Cedar City on Nov. 26, 1918, a son of William Evans and Agnes Jones Proyer. He had spent1 his life here and for a , number of years had been employed 1 by the Pacific-Intermountaln Pacific-Intermountaln Express Co. as a truck drlver.v On June 14 ; 1942? he married Edith Smith of Parowan at Fort Lewis, Wash. He is survived by his widow, two sons, Kenneth and Antone Pryor, and one daughter, Kathryn Pryor, all of Cedar City. Also surviving sur-viving are four brothers, William Thurman, Arlington, Va.; Wesley Wes-ley J., Richmond, Calif.; Lloyd J., Salt Lake City, and Evan, Cedar Ce-dar City; two .sisters, Mrs. Edward Ed-ward (Margaret) Nelson, Boulder City, Nev.,and Mrs. Merrill ( Wilms) Wil-ms) Esplln Cedar City. |
