Show NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MECHANIC'S LIEN BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that whereas the undersigned, Edward Ed-ward A. Burton, doing business as Burton's at I'arowan, Utah, between the dates of June 15, 1961 and Sept. 15, 1961, duly obtained ob-tained and acquired a mechanic's lien upon one 1951 Mercury automobile, au-tomobile, Engine or I. D. Number Num-ber 51SL80160M to secure the payment of the sum of $131.28. The same being the reasonable value of work and labor performed perform-ed upon and automobile p;rts furnished and Installed upon said ai'tomobile and the reasonable value of storage of said automobile automo-bile by the undersigned at the request of the owner of said property, namely Mr. John V. Anderson, whose last known address ad-dress is 4175 Heidi Road, Riverside, River-side, Calif., and whereas the whole of said indebtedness remains re-mains unpaid, and the undersigned under-signed is desirous of foreclosing its said mechanic's lien upon said property by advertisement in accordance with the statutes in such case made and provided, Now, therefore, the said property prop-erty hereinbefore particularly described de-scribed will be sold pursuant to section 38-2-4. Anno-tated. 1953, at a public sale, to the highest bidder for cash on Friday, the 20th day of October, 1961 at the hour of 10 a. m. of said day at Burton's Garage in Parowan, Iron County, State of Utah, to satisfy the debt secured by said mechanic's lien and the costs and expenses of these foreclosure fore-closure proceedings.
