Show Literary Club to Install Officers at First Meet The opening meeting of the Parowan Literary Club for the 1961-62 season will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 11, it is an-nounced an-nounced by Mrs. Max Hendrickson, Hendrick-son, retiring president of the club. This nueting will be held at the home of Mrs. Herrnan E. Bayles and will begin with a dinner, to be followed by the in-j stallation of the officers for the coming year. Also during the evening the program of activities activi-ties will be outlined for the year according to Mrs. Hendrickson. i Succeeding Mrs. Hendrickson as club president will be Mrs.' I Fae N. Benson, Mrs. Karl Mitchell Mitch-ell will take over as vice pres-iwent, pres-iwent, succeeding Mrs. Jess Guy-mon. Guy-mon. Mrs. Albert E. Adams was re-elected as secretary and treasurer, treas-urer, and Mrs. Max Dalley will become assistant to Mrs. Adams, succeeding Mrs. Roene Lund. Mrs. Clair Hulet was re-elected as the club parliamentarian, and Mrs. Will Marsden was named music chairman, succeeding Mrs. Ray Lyman. Other officers, who are appointive, as well as some of those listed above, who are retiring re-tiring are Phebe Taylor as historian-librarian and Alice Barton as reporter, |
