Show SUMMIT Mrs. Donna Davenport The Relief Society ladies held their Christmas party Thursday evening, inviting their husbands as special guests. A delicious ham dinner was served by President Pres-ident Jean Farrow and the officers of-ficers of the organization, after which games were played. Saturday evening was the annual an-nual Christmas program given by the Primary organization. Dennis Dal ley invited his friends to his home for a Christmas Christ-mas party Friday evening. Dane-and Dane-and games were enjoyed by the young people and refreshments were served by Dennis' mother, Mrs. Frank Dalley. The Joe Stapley family of Logan Lo-gan have visited here with his folks, the Earl Staplcys, during the holidays. Miss Pat Humpherys enjoyed a few days' visit here with her folks, the Hyrum Humpherys. over the week end. returning to her work in Salt Lake City Tues- Ha v Sir. and Mrs. Raymond Farrow enjoyed having their daughters and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Marc Allton and Miss Francis' Farrow here for Christmas. They are from Mercury, Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Farrow had i as dinner guests on Christmas' eve their son-in-law and daugh- j ter, Mr .and Mrs. Clark Maxwell ; of Enoch and Mrs. Farrow's par-1 ents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Law-1 rence. i Carlyle Hulet was well enough to be released from the Iron County hospital Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Lawrence, who recently returned home from a month's stay in Southern California Cal-ifornia with their son and fam-' Uy, the John Lawrences, have gone to Kearns to spend the holidays hol-idays with their daughter, Mrs. Ronald Hayes and family. Mr. and Mrs. John Jones are visiting in Salt Lake City with Mrs. Jones' daughter and fam-1 Uy, the Victor Clines. Mr. and Mrs. Nels Madsen are spending a few days Ln Milford with Mrs. Madsen's son, Elmo I Smith, and family. The Jay Davenports were in I Paragonah for a family dinner ' on Christmas day at the home of ' their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. T. I Davenport. I Mr. and Mrs Von Davis and ; daughters of Richfield were here Christmas day to visit with Mrs. Davis's folks, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dalley. 1 Mrs. Minnie Dalley and son Allen and daughter Mary Beth traveled to Parowan Christmas morning to have breakfast with Mrs. Dalley's sister-in-law and family, the Golden Baylos. Dick Fife of the U. S. Air Force, was home from Nellis Air Base to spend Christmas with his folks, the Rudger Fifes. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Hulet nad family of Cedar City were here Christmas day with Kent's folks, the Oscar Huiets. |
