Show Last Rites Honor Memory of Leah Sargent Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed in Panguitch Tuesday after, noon for Mrs. Leah Sargent, 58, wife of James M. (Jim) Sargent. Jr., of Cedar City. Mrs. Sargent died in Provo of a heart ailment Saturday, Aug. 23. Mr. and Mrs. Sargent had made their home in Cedar City for the past 12 years, until early this summer when they purchased a home in Orem. Mrs. Sargent was born in Pan-gultch Pan-gultch on July 13, 1899, a daughter daugh-ter of J. B. and Blanche Clark Showalter, and married Mr. Sar-.gent Sar-.gent on July 7. 1919. They were married in Panguitch and the marriage was later solemnized In the Salt Lake L D S Temple. "They made their home in Panguitch Pan-guitch until 1943, when they moved to Cedar City. Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Blanche Henrie, Garden Crove, Calif. Speakers at the services were Lee Kay, Salt Lake City, of the state fish and game department: James Heywood, Cedar City, and Wm. Bruhn, Panguitch. Prayer at the home was by Blaine Henrie. Invocation by James Sandberg. benediction by Parley Ipson and dedication of the grave was by Elliott Cameron. Eohralm.
