You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon or mall to ROBERT L. GARDNER, plain-tiff's plain-tiff's attorney, at 172 North Main Street Cedar City, Utah, an answer an-swer to the complaint In writing and file a copy of said answei with the clerk of the above entitled en-titled court within 20 days aftei service of thk summons upon you. If you fall so to do, Judgment Judg-ment by default will be taker against you for the relief demanded de-manded in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk oi said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. If your address is unknown toi plaintiffs or their attorney, and I the complaint is not attached to j this Summons, it will be filed within ten days with the clerk of the above court and you may there obtain a copy. This Is an action brought to recover a Judgment quieting title ti-tle to the following described premises situated in Iron County, State of Utah, and more particularly particu-larly described as follows, to-wit: The South Half (SH) of Lot 15, Block 19, Plat B.
