Show Former Cedar City Resident Dies at Idaho Home Mrs. Ada Root Stewart, 86, for many years a resident of Cedar City, died at her home in Poca-tello, Poca-tello, Idaho on Tuesday, Jan. 24. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted In the Pocatello 19th ward chapel on Jan. 26 and burial was in the Restlawn Memorial Park In the Idaho city. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Leigh of Cedar City left for Pocatello Monday upon receiving word that Mrs. Steward was seriously L'l. but failed to arrive there before death came. Mrs. Leigh is a daughter of Mrs. Stewart. She re-ports re-ports that her mother had been In poor health for the past two Mrs. Stewart was born In Cedar City on Dec. 15. 1869. a daughter of Lewis and Eliza Ann Holland Root. She married George A. Stewart pn July 18. 1895. at Bea-ver. Bea-ver. Mr. Stevart died on March 27. 1910 at Central, Utah. Mrs. Stewart will be remembered by residents of Cedar City as a prac-, prac-, tlcal nurse. She is survived by three sons, V. R.. Gene and William A. Stew-art, Stew-art, Pocatello, and five daughters.
