Show KANARRAVILLE NEWS By Hannah Davis Everyone is rejoicing over the' beautiful storm we' had last week. We had a nice gentle rain for one day and night turning to snow. Several inches of snow covered the ground and from the! overcast look it looks like another anoth-er storm is on its way. William B. Williams is in the Iron County Hospital having undergone un-dergone surgery. Mr. Williams has been in poor health for some time. Many of our townspeople at- tended Stake Conference In Cedar Ce-dar City Saturday evening and Sunday. Several of our High Priests and their wives attended the High Priests party In Cedar City last week. Mrs. Vaughn Isom Is rejoicing rejoic-ing over the arrival of a new grandson, born to her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Isom at the Iron County Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Berry and children Tonya and Johnny, are business visitors in California. Mrs. Berry is receiving medical care from a doctor in Santa Ana. Dwight Williams Is out of school for awhile because of the . mumps. I Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dalton and family of Parowan were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Henry WL'liams. Mr. and Mrs. Jess Williams received word of the birth of a daughter to their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Williams of Boulder City, Nev. Several of our menfolk w'h cars and horses Joined ' 1 the j searching party Friday for Arden I Heap of Cedar City, who is feared kidnapped while working at a service station north of Cedar Cltv. Visitors at the home of Hannah Han-nah Davis were some of her children, chil-dren, Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince and three children of New Harmony, Har-mony, and Mrs. Elda 'Fife and Dorothy from Summit. Visitors' at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davies were Mrs. Rosens Ro-sens Blake of St. George nd Mr. and Mrs. Ervin, Branch of Price. |
