Show H. H. CLUB M.-nbe-i of the H. H. Club enjoyed en-joyed visiting the local Art Exhibit Ex-hibit last Thursday afternoon under un-der the Direction of Mr. Glen Dale Anderson. Mr. Anderson pointed out different types of art and explained some modes of judging the types. Club hostess, (Mrs. Arvllla Marsden, entertained entertain-ed the group at her home following follow-ing the show. Mrs. Walter Merry-weather Merry-weather served as lesson chairman chair-man for the occasion. Three ladies, Mrs. Esther Stone-hocker, Stone-hocker, Cottonwood, Ariz.; Mrs. Thelma Farrell and Mrs. Betty McMillan of Jerome, Ariz., were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Endsley. The Arizona women wo-men were in Cedar City to attend ! the official visitation of the Eastern Eas-tern Star. Sewing club members met Wednesday night at the home of Bonnie Jones. Rayona Day met with the group as a special guest. Others on hand for the occasion were Barbara Bingham, Nlda Childs, Edith Parker. Linda McKinon, Darlene Graham, Rose Jensen, Nan Frandson, Joyce Hanson, Janet Knell and Maxine Shirts. Miss Terry Malan was In Cedar Ce-dar City last week visiting with her brother and nephew. Dr. L. V. Broadbent and son Michael. |
