Show UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ri e i Dixie National Forest NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOUND IM-POUND TRESPASSING LIVESTOCK. LIVE-STOCK. Notice is hereby given that Cattle Cat-tle sre now trespassing upon lands owned or controlled by the United States within the following follow-ing area: Township 36 South, Range 15 West: Township 37 South, Range 14 West; Township 37 South, Range 15 West; Township Town-ship 37 South, Range 16 West Township 38 South, Range 15 West, S.L.B.&M.; Little rinto Creek, Pinto Creek, and Meadow Canyon Drainages, within the East & West Pinto C&H allotments, allot-ments, Enterprise Ranger District, Dis-trict, Dixie National Forest If they are not removed on or before May 24, 1965, they are subject to impoundment by the Forest Service. Any unbranded livestock, or any livestock bearing brands of livestock live-stock previously found in trespass tres-pass which are found In continuing contin-uing or subsequent trespass within 12 months after the date set forth above are subject to impoundment without further notice. After the Impoundment, owners of the trespassing livestock may regain possession thereof only by first reimbursing the United States In full for thJ expem incurred in-curred in advertising, gathering, impounding, feeding or pasturing pastur-ing such livestock, and for the forage consumed during the trespass tres-pass period. All impounded animals ani-mals not redeemed within 5 days after impoundment will be offered of-fered for sale at public auction. Animals not sold at the public sale will be sold at private sale or condemned and destroyed, as required by the regulations of the Secretary of Agriculture.
