Show Joseph D. Bensons ; Honored Prior to Departure On Saturday evening of last 'week the members of the Par-:owan Par-:owan Second Ward held a pot-luck pot-luck supper on the lawn east of their church, honoring the Joseph D. Benson family, which will be leaving that ward within a short time to make a home in Fielding, Field-ing, Utah. The Benson family has been active in the affairs of that ward j with Mr. Benson serving as first couselor in the bishopric for the past year and Mrs. Benson In the ward auxiliaries. Mr. Benson has been attending a training school for highway patrolmen at Jordan Narrows for the past several weeks and has been home for the past week taking training under local highway patrol officers, prior to assuming his duties in Fielding, Box Elder County. Although the affair was planned plan-ned hurriedly, a large number of the members of the ward were on hand for the supper which was headed by the ward bishopric bishop-ric who were aided by the Relief Re-lief Society.
