Show SUMMONS AND NOTICE TO PABENT OR GUARDIAN IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF THE FOURTH DISTRICT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF IRON, STATE OF UTAH, BEFORE FED-DIN FED-DIN AND ERICKSON, JUVENILE JUDGE. STATE OF UTAH In the interest of BETTY PETERS DJANNE PETERS Alleged Dependent, Neglected Children. TO Mr. A. A. Peters, Mrs. Betty Gaxiola Peters. WHEREAS, a petition having been filed in this Court on the 25th day of March, 1952, in the interests of the above mentioned children alleging from and since the 15th day of January, 1950, the said above named minor children have been and now are abandoned aban-doned and neglected children; that the parents of said children did and have since about January Janu-ary of 1950, deserted and abandoned aban-doned said children; that the whereabouts of said parents, A. A. Peters, and Betty Gaxiola Peters, is presently unknown, and praying that a summons issue is-sue thereon pursuant to statute, NOW, THEREFORE, You, the above named parents, guardians, custodians, are hereby summoned summon-ed to appear personally and bring the above mentioned children chil-dren before the above named court in the said county on the 11th day of April, 1952, at 2:00 p. m. in the Courtrooms of this Court, located at the Cedar City Hall and show cause why the children should not be dealt with according to law. If you fail to appear, your default de-fault will be entered and the Court will proceed to hear this cause and determine any rights or interest you may have in said children and will dispose of the case as may be determined according ac-cording to law and the best interests in-terests of said children.
