Show i Fourteen Volunteer For Duty in March Sgt. T. J. Lopez, local army and air forge recruiter, reports that during the month of March 13 men and one woman enlisted for military duty through his office. of-fice. One woman enlisted for service ser-vice with the WAF, 11 men joined the air force, and two joined tne army. The last three men of the group, enlisted with the air force for periods of four years, and wer sent to Parks Air Force base near Oakland, Calif., for basic training. The three men were Roger E. Johnson, son of Mrs. Iona Brink-erhoff. Brink-erhoff. Beaver; Ray A. Burrows, son of James B. Burrows, Hatch, and Dale Reynolds, son of Cliff Reynolds of Escalante. |
