Show Enterprise M. I. A. To Present Mystery Play Friday EISTERTPRISE "The Saturday Evening Ghost," Sir Simon of Centerville Castle, as played by Otto Fife, will break his vows and appear at the Enterprise ward hall Friday, April 4, at 8 p. m. This startling character, from the MIA three-act mystery comedy, has a strong supporting cast, including Miss Sandra Em-mett Em-mett as Virginia, who almost falls in love with a ghost; Mrs. Madge Hunt, as Mrs. Umney, who lived with the ghost; Leon Westover, as Mr. Otis, who is from America and is skeptical of ghosts; Mrs. Edna Hunt, as Mrs. Otis, who nearly loses her mind over the ghost; Arnold Barlocker, as Archibald, who has seen the ghost playing nine-pins with his own bones, and the twins, Gale Jones and Gyr Drage, who are tickled silly when they beat the ghost at his own game. A matinee for children under MIA age will be presented on Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. No admission will be charged for either evening. According to Mrs. Verna Holt, director of the play, those who attend will "scream with fright, and screech with delight" when they see this unusual presentation presenta-tion of "The Saturday Evening Ghost." The play will also be presented present-ed in Santa Clara on April 5. Stage manager for the play is Donald Drage, lighting manager, Athna Terry; music, Carl Staheli; prompters and make-up, Mrs. Belle Holt and Mrs. Maurine Westover; stage properties, Boyd Barlow, Wesley Hunt;; advertis-ing, advertis-ing, Mrs. Don Staheli and Mau-Tine Mau-Tine Hunt. |
