Show Wildlife Federation Begins Experiment, Announces Meeting I Arnold Anderson, president of the Cedar Wildlife FederaUon announces that a weed control experiment has been started at Navajo lake under the supervision supervis-ion of the State Fish and Game Department. M. J. Madsen, superintendent super-intendent of Fish culture for the department, spent a couple of days in Cedar City during the past week to get the experiments started. The experiments are being be-ing conducted In an effort to prevent pre-vent loss of fish at the lake during dur-ing the winter season. Mr. Anderson also reports that a membership meeting of the Federation will be held Tuesday, October 12. Lunch will be served, motion pictures will be shown and a general business meeting will be conducted. Details of the club's past activities will be discussed, dis-cussed, he states, and a decision will be reached as to the location of the club's trap shooting field. |
