Show Junior Chamber of .Commerce Holds Annual Election At the annual election of officers offi-cers of the Junior Chamber of Commerce held Saturday evening, two directors were re-elected, one new member elected and three members of the organization tied for the fourth dire:tor position to be filled at the annual election. As a result of the tie each member of the organization will be mailed a new ballot containing the names of the three men and the final member of the board will be chosen chos-en by this special vote. The three men, Ray Middles-worth, Middles-worth, Elloyd Marchant and Lee LLston, each received the same number of votes, while Elwood Corry and Tom Evans were reelected re-elected to the Board and Wesley F. Mullett was named as a new member. Holdover members of the Board are President D. Ned Sargent, El Roy Webster, LeGrande Spilsbury, Reed Broadbent and Secretary Lamond Higbee. The retiring officers offi-cers are Vice President Steve As-mus, As-mus, and Director Rex E. Chris-tensen. Chris-tensen. The Directors will meet on Wednesday, Wed-nesday, April 14th. at a special reorganization re-organization meeting at which time the 1943-44 President, Vice-President Vice-President and Secretary will be elected. The election was held during a party held Saturday night at the LaVerkin Hot Springs, when a large crowd enjoyed a party arranged ar-ranged by Wesley Mullett, Leonard Smith and Sheldon Olds. |
