Show New Harmony Lester Taylor of Park City was a week end visitor at the home of his father, James E. Taylor. Word was received here that a baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Keith Duboice at the Iron County hospital on April 15th. Mrs. Duboice was the former Miss Fae Ma this. Wilma Pace, Lulu W. MathN. Melissa D. Hammond. Leverna T. Englestead and Viola VValten attended at-tended the D. U. P. convention held in St. George on Saturday, April 19. Mr. and Mrs. Verda T. Macfar-lane Macfar-lane and children of Las Vegas are here visiting with Mrs. Macfar-lane's Macfar-lane's mother, Mrs. Lurene P. Taylor. Tay-lor. Mr. and Mrs. Reese Davis have returned home from St. George where they spent the past month working in the L. D. S. temple. K. D. Williams of St. George was in town Friday on business. Mr. and Mrs. James D. Neilsen and Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond spent Saturday In St. George doing do-ing work in the L. D. S. temple. Mrs. Francis Dostlek and son, Victor have returned home from California where they have been for the past ten days visiting with relatives. The Primary Ward conference was held here last Sunday afternoon. The theme of the conference was faith. Each group gave a part pertaining per-taining to the theme after which three Stake board members, Sisters Adams, Edwards and Taylor spoke. Mr, Topham also spoke for a few minutes. |
