Show CASHIER FOSTER REPORTS PLEASANT TRIP THRU STATE Cashier S. J. Foster returned at a lute hour last evening from his northern north-ern trip, where he went for the purpose pur-pose of attending the Bunkers' convention con-vention at Provo on the Bind and 2!5rd but, Mr. Foster made the trip in his private ear, being mconipanied by Mis. Foster, two of their children, and Mr and Mrs. McArthur of St. George. They report a most delightful outing, with not so much as a flat tire to mar their pleasure. Returning they came down through Sevier county, and tried the fishing over at Coyote, Garfield county, but report only indifferent luck. Crops all along the line are reported find, and an unusually large yield i practically assured. The bunker was somewhat surprised to find all the reservoir dams and 'ether Irrigation projects closely guard- 1 ed day and night, to prevent them 'being dynamited or otherwise injured I by German sympathizer.;, and fishers were kept a considerable distance from all dams. After the convention was over the party went to Salt Lake City and visited vis-ited for a few days. |
