The programs given by Mr. Graham and company are of so high an order than an audience would get the value of its contributions several times over, ov-er, and particularly so next Sunday evening as the faculty intends to make this concert one of the best of the season. Adding to this the fact that the entertainment is given f: the high cause of liberty and human-j it y, the tabernacle should be crowded to its capacity MM enough money taken tak-en in to show that the people of Cedar. City are not wanting in patriotism. We have every reason to be proud i of our Liberty Loan record, and we must not fail our nation when it calls us to give our substance without any return except the satisfaction of serv-' ice rendered. The call of the Red Cross is being responded tit in Salt Lake and the northern end of the state with unprecedented enthusiasm and generosity. We, too, must make good and we can do so by giving unstinted un-stinted support to every effort and plan of (he local committee to raise funds. |
