J At Richmond Funeral services will be held at the Richmond South ward on Wednesday at 2 o'clock for Da-t Da-t vid William Rainey, 76, who died Friday at the General hos-. hos-. pital in Los Angeles, Calif. Mr. Rainey was injured several months ago in an automobile accident- and had never recovered J fhf injuries. When two years of age, with his parents, par-ents, David P. Rainey and Dor-otthy Dor-otthy Jane Dennis Rainey, he moved to Richmond where he spent his younger days. In 1888 he moved to Star vallev and was fSone of the pioneers of that sec- - tion. He later retired as a cat-' cat-' 4e raiser and cheese maker and moved to Los Angeles about 15 -5gfirsagp where he has resided since. " During his entire lifetime, Mr. Rainey has devoted his time to church work. He married the following wives: Mary Olsen, de-'. de-'. ceased; Janet Hansen, deceased; , ilargaret Burton, deceased, apd v Ruth Comish, who survived.
