Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been Tiled with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated Locations in SLBAM. 50678 (61-707) Wilma R Ames, P.O. Box 134, Circleville, Ut. 0 015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-200 ft. deep, at a point N. 500 ft. & W. 500 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 4, T31S, R4W (3M, miles SW of Circleville); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stock watering of 20 cattle; and used from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in SE''4 Sec 4, T31S, R4W. 50703 ( 97-1553) Exxon Corporation, c o Exxon Minerals Co., U.S.A., P.O. Box 120, Denver, Co. 80201 3 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 150-350 ft. deep, at a point N 4600 ft. & E. 2000 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 21, T34S, RUE (25 miles NW of Bullfrog Marina). The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 by means of an earthfilled dam 5 ft. high creating a reservoir having a 0.71 ac. ft. capacity inundating 0.14 acs. in NEMNWtt Sec. 21, T34S, RUE; and used in a mineral exploration drilling program; and used for the stock-watering of 100 cattle in T34S, RUE & T35S, RllE. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, SLC, Ut 84114, on or before March 18, 1978 DeeC.
