While the accident occurred Fdday at 6:20 p.m., it took Utah Highway Patrolman Dave Jacobsen until early Saturday to obtain all the names of persons involved and untangle the wreckage at the scene. Trooper Jacobsen Identified the fatality as Marvin Casey Owens, 9, son of Mrs. Rae O. Eldridge, Vernal. He died some time after the accident in the Vernal hospital. The accident occurred one and a half miles north of Vernal on Utah Highway 44. An empty cattle truck being driven north by Pat Arnett Reary, 25, Ft.
