Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 27th day of November, 1990, at 9:30 AM., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Allied Group Mortgage, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Dennis H. McMillan and Peggy T. McMillan, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded February 28, 1989 as Entry No. 850796, in Book 1280, at Page 455, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Moutainwest Savings and Loan Association, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded July 25, 1990, as Entry No. 897331, in Book 1362, at Page 380, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Lot 15, EVERGREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION, a part of Section 24, Township 2 North, Nor-th, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, U.S. Survey Property Address: 550 West 550 North, West Bountiful, UT 84087 Record Title Holder: DENNIS H. MCMILLAN and PEGGY T. MCMILLAN, husband and wife as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship sur-vivorship for the purpose ofpaying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
