Show Home videos review scheduled for Friday r r A :v N AY I By AL To be or not to bc.that is the I question. Will Viewmont's Fun-I Fun-I niest Home Videos happen on Fri-I Fri-I day? No one knows and no one r 5Awi Jpikmg Ifft Views, seems to care. Although many of I you faithful readers may seem tired I of this plea and you might think that we as student body officers are up I to our ears in videos. Well, we're I not and if you don't get them turned I in quick, there will be no such thing I as a Funniest Home Video Night No one wants that to happen. So I hurry, videos must be turned in tomorrow Wednesday, the 7th. I Thor (the Viking suggestion I locker) thanks all you students that have placed your suggestions. We I have had questions, ideas and even a few compliments given. The biggest big-gest complaint seems to be...Why are there so many pot holes in our parking lot? Here are some reasons why the pot holes are so wonderful... 1. You can go pot hole hopping and see how many you can hit. 2. You can connect the pot holes and see the natural artistic beauty. 3. It gives Viewmont its own identity. How many other schools have pot holes that can kill unsuspecting un-suspecting souls? 4. If you skip class and think you might get caught, jump in a pot hole. 5. After a find rainstorm, it is readily accessible to fish for tuna and on good days an occasional trout. 6. Our drivers ed program has been greatly helped. If the sophomores can dodge the pot holes in the parking lot, they will more than be prepared for the heavy traffic conditions of Davis County. Encore VII will be Thursday the 8th in the gym. The Vykelles will be the feature performers, along with guest appearances by the Guykelles and the Vykelle mothers. The cheerleaders have their state competition on Saturday up at the University of Utah beginning at about 10 a.m. (You had better check with a cheerleader on the exact time). One of the things they are judged on is crowd support. Everyone Every-one come out and cheer really loud for our cheerleaders. They cheer for you. The Viking cheerleaders are practicing this week in preparation for state competition that will be held Saturday at the University of Utah. Crowd support is encouraged so that the cheerleaders can do their best.
