Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described properti will be sold at public auction to thi highest bidder, payable in lawful mone of the United States at the time of salt on the North front steps of the Davi County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah on September 4, 1990 at the hour o: 9:00 a.m. of said day; for the purpose ol foreclosing a trust deed datec November 29, 1976 executed by Shir A. Shepherd and Dona C. Shepherd, a: Trustors, covering real property locatec at 1209 East 986 South, Fruit Heights Davis County, Utah and more par ticularly described as follows: All of Unit 27, BUILDING H, including the appurtenant car port and patio, SOMERSET PLACE CONDOMINIUM, as the same is defined and established estab-lished and identified on the "Record of survey map of SOMERSET PLACE CONDOMINIUM", CON-DOMINIUM", duly recorded in the office of the Davis County Coun-ty Recorder on May 12, 1971, as Entry No. 350986 and in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and restrictions, SOMERSET PLACE CONDOMINIUM, CON-DOMINIUM, dated May 12, 1971, and recorded May 12, 1971, as Entry No. 350987, in book 456, Pages 378 to 397, inclusive of Official Records.
