Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 6th day of February, 1992, at 1:45 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 15, TWIN HOLLOWS SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Bountiful, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 1191 North 950 East, Bountiful, Utah 84010. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated December 8, 1986, and was executed by FRANK C. EMERSON and DEANN EMERSON, husband and wife, as Trustors, and in favor of CACHE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be FRANK C.
