Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 7th day of July, 1988, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described de-scribed as follows: Lot 912, MEADOW PARK NO. 9, Clearfield City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 803 South 1425 West, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated August 25, 1983, and was executed by WENDY S CAMPO and RUDOLPH J. CAMPO, wife and husband, as Trustor, and in favor of FIREMAN'S FUND MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE CORPORATION, the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be STEVEN K.
