Pallbearers were Brett Atkins, Arthur Bassett, Steven Blazer, Brent Mason, Louis Moench and Wayne Scott. CLEARFIELD Arvilla Min-son Min-son Thornock, 83, of 626 Maple Drive, died Thursday, May 19, 1988 at her home of causes incident to age. She was born May 29, 1905 in Rexburg, Ida., a daughter of Arthur and Rachel Eckersell Minson. She married Oscar Levi Thornock, Thor-nock, July 28, 1926 in the Logan LDS Temple. He died April 5, 1957. She was reared and educated in Rexburg, Ida. She had lived in Boise and Caldwell, Cald-well, Ida., Salt Lake City and in Clearfield the past 22 years. She graduated from Ricks College Col-lege in Rexburg, Ida. and Cosmetology Cosme-tology College in Salt Lake City. She worked as a cosmetologist for many years. She was an active member of the Clearfield 5th LDS Ward and had served as Primary, YWMIA and Relief Society president. Surviving are one son, O. Wayne Thornock, Clearfield; three grand-children grand-children and eight greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Walter (Lorena) Mason, Mesa, Ariz.;, Miss Sara Minson, Mrs. Harold C. (Grace) Steed, both of Clearfield; Mrs. LeRoy (Rachel) Blaser, Logan. Funeral directors, Lindquist's Clearfield Mortuary. Funeral services were held May 23 with Bishop Robert W. Speirs |
