The council granted them the use of the civic center for this conference. Upon his request R. D. Fra-zier Fra-zier was granted permission to open a new business to be known as the R. D. Frazier Realty to be located at 52 West 200 South Streets. The realty will be located in the west half of the Miles Curfew Barber Shop. Councilman James made a. motion with a second by Councilman Coun-cilman Peay that the mayor be puthoized to sign Agreement No. LW-50 with the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation of the Department De-partment of Natural Resources. Said agreement is acceptance of additional go"ernment participation par-ticipation on the Hobble Creek Golf Course. The mayor and city council have officially set June 12, 13 and 14, 1969 for the annual Art City Days Celebration.
