Show commodations exist in Parowan, or; b) Whether there is a shortage of safe, and sanitary, dwelling accommodations ac-commodations in Parowan, Utah available to persons of low income at rentals or prices they can afford. That at such meeting a public hearing will be held on these matters. That all interested persons be and hereby are invited to attend said , hearing and present evidence to this body. That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to cause this resolution to be published for two successive suc-cessive weeks in the Iron County Record, a legal newspaper published in Cedar City, Utah. The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Councilwoman Bentley; The second to the motion was made by Councilman Haycock, and upon roll call the following voted YEAS, Frank Adams, Frankie Lou Bentley, Scott Haycock, NAYS, None. RESOLUTION NO. 81-04-R A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE THE NEED FOR A HOUSING AUTHORITY TO FUNCTION IN PAROWAN CITY, IRON COUNTY, UTAH. WHEREAS, the Utah Housing Authorities Act, Chapter 18, Title 55, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, authorizes the governing body of a City to authorize a "Housing Authority" to function in the City and provides that such Housing Authority shall not transact any business or exercise any powers until the governing gover-ning body of the City by resolution shall declare that there is a need for a "housing authority" to function in such City. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Parowan, Utah That on the 1st day of April, 1981, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., at the Parowan City Office, 5 S.
