Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications ap-plications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11680 (75-1456) Barbara Jean Brewer, P. O. Box 632, Parowan, Ut. proposes to correct the point of diversion of 0.015 sec. ft. or 1.57 ac. ft. or water a as evidenced by Appl. 39092. The water was to have been diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-200 100-200 ft. deep, at a point N. 150 ft. E. 2400 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec, 13, T33W, R9W, and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 30 cattle in SEV4NWy4 Sec. 13, T33S, R9W. Hereafter, 0.015 sec. ft. or 1.57 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 240 ft. E. 1425 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 13, T33S, R9W (5 mi N. of Parowan); and used same as hertofore. a-11685 (73-545) Richard S. & Patricia L. Babcock, and Quentin V. & Norma W. Babcock, 440 W. Midvalley Rd., Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of 2 2.55 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 20826. The water has been diverted from a sell, at a point N. 135 ft. W. 1060 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 10, T35S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 5 cattle, 3 horses; and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.4 acs. in SEV4SEVi Sec. 10, T35S, R11W. Herafter, 2.55 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 6-inch well, 333 ft. deep, at a point N. 120 ft. W. 130 ft. from SE Cor. 10, T35S, R11W(N. of Cedar City); and used for stock-watering stock-watering 5 cattle, 3 horses; and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 0.B825 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 0.5825 acs. in same as heretofore. 55657 (71-3577) Linda W. Sec. 5, T33S R15W (7 mi NE of Beryl); and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families, stockwatering 20 cattle; and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 319.495 acs. in WVfe Sec. 5, T33S, R15W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications ap-plications with reasons therfore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before May 9, 1981.
