Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE The following uescribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Iron County Court House in Iron County of Parowan, Utah, on April 14, 1981, at 10:00. Units 13 and 14, Building D-3, contained within the THREE FOUNTAINS CEDAR CITY CONDOMINIUM CON-DOMINIUM PROJECT (a part of the Three Fountains Cedar City Planned Unit Development) Develop-ment) as the same are identified in the Record of Survey Map recorded as Entry No. 179158, (as said Record of Survey Map has heretofore been amended and supplemented, sup-plemented, including, without limitation, the supplement concerning convertible land No. Vlll, to Record of Survey Map recorded as Entry No. .205367, and in the Declaration of Condominium Con-dominium of the Three Fountains Cedar City Condominium Project recorded as Entry No. 179159, in Book 209, at page 188, and as said Declaration has been heretofore amended by instrument recorded as Entry No. 205368, in Book 246, at page 68, Official Iron County Records. TOGETHER WITH, with respect to each Unit: (i) The undivided ownership interest in said Projects Common Areas and Facilities which is ap- purtenant to said Unit, as set forth in Declarations of the Three Fountains Cedar City Condominium Project recorded as Entry No. 179159, in Book 209, at page 188, and all other supplements and amendments recorded Subsequent thereto, including the Supplement recorded as Entry No. 205368, in Book 246, at page 68, Official Iron County Records. Said sale which is without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, will be conducted by Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. as trustee, pursuant to the terms of that certain Trust Deed dated December 26 1979, wherein Jay Prisbrey, and Georgia Prisbrey, his wife is named as Trustor, and Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Association is named as Beneficiary, recorded in the office of the County , Recorder of Iron County, State of Utah, on January 8, 1979, in Book 247 at Page 166-69 as Entry No. 206157, given to secure a Promissory Note of even date in favor of Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. The Trustee will sell real property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale.
