Show Elder Poelman presides at Conference He has served as a counselor in the Palo Alto Stake Presidency, bishop; high counselor, seminary teacher and missionary to the Netherlands. in civic life, he is a rehabilitation counselor for the American Cancer Society, active in the Boy Scouts of America I) Ronald E. Poelman, member of the First Quorum of the Seventy of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will be the visiting authority at the Cedar City Utah Stake Semi-Annual Conference slated May 10 and 11, it is announced by Charles Blackburn, Stake President. A meeting for all members of the stake 18 years of age and older is scheduled for Saturday evening at 7 p.m. at the Stake Center, President Blackburn stated. General session of the conference, to which the public is invited to attend, will be held Sunday at 10 a.m. -i The visiting authority graduated with high honors form the University of Utah in 1953 and received his juris doctor degree from the University's Law School in 1955. In 1965 he graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, Advanced Management Program. Prior to his present church assignment he has served as vice president, corporate secretary and a director of consolidated Frieghtways, Inc. in San Francisco.
