Show Seen and Heard 'Round the Town By EDGAR Bicycle Rider Advice With an increasing number of children riding bicycles on the streets of this city, the danger, that sooner or later one of them will be seriously injured, increases. These children need to be informed in-formed of the rules of the road and the fact brought home to them that they must obey these rules for their own good. The practice of two riding on one bicycle is dangerous. Bicycles are hard enough for children to control when only one is on the bike, but when two crowd onto it, the control con-trol of the bike is cut at least 50 per cent. |
