Show Enthusiasm Being Shown In 4-County Co-op Meeting With enthuisastic response being received by local cooperative leaders, lead-ers, everything points to an outstanding out-standing four-county convention to be held in Hurricane on November 12 and here on the following day. Cooperators from Beaver, Iron, Kane and Washington counties are expected to be present and take part in the two day convention, declares B. Jarvis Jr., president of the St. George Cooperative. Hurricane on Friday Meetings are scheduled in Hurricane Hur-ricane on Friday. The first meeting meet-ing will be held at 2 p.m. A second at 6:30 p.m. with this meeting being followed by an informal social. Outstanding speakers in the cooperative field are expected to be present and take part in the convention. In St. George the first meeting is planned for 10 a.m. and the second at 2 in the afternoon. The convention will be climaxed at 6:30 with a campfire ceremony. A special invitation is extended extend-ed by the local organization to all who are interested in this work. The group "feels it has a message to present to the people of this section and urges a good attendance. |
